Mountain Warehouse On the Acquisition Trail

Mountain Warehouse agree a second acquisition in a month by acquiring 36 Sidney Street, Cambridge from Jarrold & Sons Limited (t/a Hobbs Sports).  They agreed an assignment of the existing lease which expires on 28 February 2026 and has a passing rent of £117,500 per annum and will trade the unit as Zakti Activewear.  Smith Price acted on behalf of Jarrold & Sons Limited.

Mountain Warehouse Reach New Peak in Oxford

Mountain Warehouse have acquired the lease on 6 Broad Street, Oxford from Cath Kidson on an assignment.  The lease expires on 5 September 2020 and the passing rent is £108,750 per annum.  Smith Price acted for Mountain Warehouse in this matter.

Wayne's World Comes to Kensington High Street

Smith Price, acting on behalf of the landlord, have let 225 High Street Kensington, London W8 to a franchisee of Wayne's Coffee.  The parties agreed a new 10 year lease at £100,000 per annum subject to four months rent free.

Smith Price Complete Sweet Deal in Shrewsbury

Smith Price, acting on behalf of the Landlord, Capel House Property Trust Limited, have completed a letting of 19 Pride Hill, Shrewsbury, to Hotel Chocolat.  The parties agreed a new 10 year lease at £92,500 per annum subject to three months rent free.

Premium Lifestyle Brand - Joules - Opens in Chichester

Smith Price, acting for a private landlord client, agreed a new 10 year lease with premium lifestyle brand, Joules, at 19-20 East Street, Chichester.  A rent of £190,000 per annum was agreed between the parties subject to 6 months rent free.
